Best Software to Cut Midi's?

I have cakewalk and anvil studio, but I can't figure out how to shorten or cut the midis. :(

I was using GNmidi, but my license expired.

IN ANVIL STUDIO YOU ARE GONNA WANT TO GO TO FILE THEN TRUNCATE SONG TO CUT THE MIDI TO MAKE THE FILE SHORTER..
