iuts really a matter of choice and dep[ending on the type of interface u want. i personally use cakewalk sonar 2xl and cubase 5.1

Opinions vary.
I use Cakewalk Pro v9 and Sonar, myself.
Easy makes me happy.

i am a sonar 2.0 user, but then again...i have always used cakewalk products.....except in the olden days whan I had an ATARI :-)
