SMFO conversion software

Sorry i expect this is an on going issue but i didn't get any results from a quick search and a look in the FAQ's. I have just purchased a Casio keyboard and it only accepts SMFO midi's . Is there any freeware/software available to convert midi's to SMFO

Just to let everyone know i found some software called GNMIDI that allows you to convert type 1 midis into type 0. It is only a demo but does the job :)
