THe FAQ page is right on the money -
There are programs available (wav2midi) that claim to be able to do it - but they (at least the ones I've tried) basically suck.
Wav2Midi (for example) can only deal with a mono 8bit 8k wav files. Sound a little limiting?
Even after finally putzing with your wav to get it into a format that wav2midi will even accept - you still tend to lose a ton of information (which = 1 sh*tty midi)
I wouldn't waste my time with it - you could sequence it yourself in half the time you would waste trying shortcuts like this.

I've never tried one of these programs, but i would think that if you can't play each track separately, the resulting midi would sound rubbish.

The sound is not to good! Maybe I didnt spend enuff time but it seems these programs are not so good.
