To Quantize or Not?!

I was wondering if any of you guys use quantize on your rhythm sections? I use it (while on a midi sequencer), just because it is fast and usually i can get my drums down in one take. But it just sounds too robotic for me. I usually dont have to use it when i'm on a mpc...but when I'm only using software, because of latency, I have to turn it on.

Hmm... What software do you use? Cakewalk/SONAR (the software I use) allows you to set a percentage for the quantise, so that everything is only moved a fraction of the way, depending on what you set it to.

It usually improves timing while keeping the human feel to the part. Very useful.
