I've got a demo that I got from a site I can't remember so at least you know that a midi of it exists somewhere. Keep looking for it, but I doubt it you'll find a song as rare as this oen for free.

The New Radicals originally did that song, and it sounds exactly the same as Mandy Moore's version. So maybe somebody can find the midi of the New Radicals' version.
