ok the dumbest thing happened to me a few hours ago. i'm surfing around and i get this popup ad that says "eliminate those annoying popups with our blah blah blah". oh the irony. popups for an anti-popup program.

Yeah it's funny...like when I'm surfing for kids music and up pop's "visit my nude webcam".

Very nice. When I have kids they will never use the net. :|

I hate it when visiting a site elicits so many popus that it feezez up your pc. Now THATS annoying.

Granted this isn't a pop-up complaint board, but the ones that piss me off the absolute most are those saying "You're Computer May be Infected With SPYware", and the worst thing about them is that about 80% of them download spyware into your computer in various forms...(Huntbar) Usually those popups just put a little hex code into a cookie and just sit back and wait for the information they get from everyones computers, and then send it off to their sponsers, who in turn sell the information to various sales persons all over the web, and the voila, you have a lagged computer, and are getting **** in your home and online email address that you cant even pronounce....WHEW

that is so very true. or the popups that have sound and you can't find out where they're at to turn off the sound or close it. hate those

Pop-ups are annoying. Did you know that Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.29 has a built-in pop-up blocker?
