I'm pretty big on rollercoasters and the sort...just wanted to know if anyone else out there has the same theme park ride liking as I have.

The Thunderbolt.... Kennywood Park, Pittsburgh, PA...... Designed in 1927 rebuilt in the late 60's......

I worked at the park for a summer (I was the smiling face in the information booth).. The rollercoaster has spped settings from 1-10.... They test it at 7, it runs at 3 during the day, 4-5 at night (if I remember correctly)....... we rode it at 6.... I hurt for days......

There're a lot at Astroworld (http://www.sixflags.com/parks/astroworld/home.asp) (<---link), but I haven't been in ages. My wife and I complained at last visit that it had turned into RollercoasterWorld. :)

ROLLOR COASTERS!! WHOOO!!! I mean...er...um...excuse me. I'm just a little excitable at the mention of them. My favorite would have to be Steel Force in Dorney Park,

Whataya talkin about?? Dorney is awesome! Ok it's small. But they've gotten some new rides as of late. I'm content with Dorney. But, that Aerosmith ride sounds awesome.

I would say my favorites are Medusa and The Roar. Both of them are in Vollejo CA at Six Flags Marin World. It used to be only shows and attractions and no rides but they were getting declining admissions so they added coasters :D. Roar is a Wooden coaster with a modern twist medusa is a coaster with a 75 foot drop, I can't remember how many invirsions it had.
