help for a newbie

I just got a midi keybored today and was wondering what the best program to use with it would be, and if there would be anywhere where i can get a tutorial to help me play better

That depends on a lot of things. For general sheet music edited and creation, I'm a big fan of Cakewalk, it's a little frustrating sometime, \but it always comes through in the end!

Easy to start with, and have many powerful features.
