Eminem has been recently dubbed the most 'conceited' artist by an MTV survey (u can tell they were really bored) along with the other top 5 all being R&B/rappers.

personally, he's not my favorite artist, but i can stand him. some of his lyrics actually make me laugh alot hehe

Haaaah! No, sanders, I do not know him personally. I really do make an honest attempt to associate with a higher caliber crowd:)

I'm referring to his personality, views and the way he presents himself (outside of his music). I haven't spent many nights playing Pictionary at his 'crib', but I have seen clips, interviews ,etc. I've not been a big fan of the big 'controversy crazy' - I don't like Marilyn Manson either... There are lines that decent people don't cross.

Sure, he might be a reeeeeeal sweetheart if you really get to know him... But I Doubt It...

More Eminem Haters...dont you get tired of dumbasses singing about love, cause really theres just so many love songs ya can take before you wanna smash the hi fi/comp/whatever else you listen to music with, Eminem is just giving this boring world something else to think about.

to some its catchy and explores issues other than love and heartbreak.......i mean really, how many times can a person listen to the same theme of a song over and over.......i suppose u can say it adds variety.

Shady's new CD kinda sucked, it wasn't as good as the last one, or the one before for that matter. As a massive hip-hop fan, I'll admit to liking most of his stuff, but other rappers really leave him behind.

I disagree. Although I dont own any of Eminem's Music (and probably never will) It's obvious that he is The Top Emcee in the Game (if not, near the top) right now. I haven't Ever heard a better Lyricist or Flow in my life in Hip hop (nevermind the subject matter). I think he should let Dre make his beats though, because on his latest album all but 3 songs were produced by Em... the 3, Dre. How many nice beats on the album? 3.

I don't think he's conceited.. I think he just says what he wishes and doesn't let others get in the way of what he does. Some of his songs I really like that I can relate to such as The Way I Am and Cleaning Out My Closet. Some of his stuff is just weird though, but overall I support his music.

I think Eminem's music is the best, and about personality, personally I think overoptimistic people should be considered insane, and the contraversy thing is true. Lif would be so boring if we didn't have it. If everything went right in heaven I'd be bored out of my mind. Because you feal great when the situation is resolved.

Eminem is only popular cuz of dre. i even watched an awards evening and he didnt thank dre, even tho he writes his beats, and got him into the industry. when u think about it, there's prolly 100s of white trailer trash rappers that r just as good as fem, but never got the chance he did. Neways, 80% of fem's fans r under 16... and has ne1 else, from hearing his music, gotten the impression that he's a whinger?
