If we could, we wouldn't be frequenting these pages too much.
It will be possible within ten years. The problem is having a computer first powerful enough to separate sounds off into separate waveforms and then being able to recognise what each of those waveforms represent. For example splitting a drum track into individual drums or differentiating a trombone from a trumpet.
The next problem is getting all the DSP rubbish such as reverbs and delays, not to menition all those modulation effects out of the mix. In effect, reverse engineering the music.
There would need to be an extensive information system containing sounds that a computer could use to compare waveforms or a good AI engine that recognises sound using fuzzy logic. For example, how much training does a speech recognition program require before it becomes effective? and that is for only one voice. multiply that out by the thousands of different voices that come from musical instruments both accoustic and electronic.
For the time being ask for the track or write it yourself.

Cheers
