Roland .SNG file tomidi converter program required

Anybody know where I can get some free and easy-to-use software to convert my friends ROLAND .SNG file diskette to .MID files and vice-versa?

Hey, Mr moderator, i am surprised... i have got no replies yet... surely someone can help...
