I play music for a living and I was wondering if creed are gonna be around for long or if it's juste a short thing ?

Well, I assume that Creed will be around for quite some time. The band has proved that it's not a one hit wonder, having had several hit songs. I think they will have a stellar career.

They're the biggest band in the US...you might not know that unless you look at at the numbers...well over 25 million records sold. I think they'll be around as long as they want to keep doing it...too bad their songs are only mediocre.

I saw them in concert this year... (Sydney, Australia) and they were absolutely amazing!

The only disappointing thing that I noticed was that they didn't tell us who the bassist was... Anyone know?

3 albums already, and doing well :) I think they'll be around for a while, even if they don't keep on producing new stuff. The stuff they've already done is great!

I feel Creed will be around for a long time as well. Scott Stapp seems to have a very good song-writing formula, whatever that may be.

Creed is without a doubt a group of great musicians. And yes they are a christian band...They don't go around preaching at concerts and stuff, but listen to what they are saying in their songs...Incredible lyrics!!!

I agree with willi, I think that their lyricist is amazing and has a great talent for putting his thoughts into words never mind the guys who add the music to it.
Great band, think they'll be around a long time!!

HOW tell me HOW can you say Creed is a pop band???? I don't enjoy pop at all and creed is one of my fave bands.
Have you heard all their stuff?? oh yeah..I very much dislike boy bands and girls groups tbecause they pretty much sound the same. I get them all confused. I like Creed because they ahve a distict sound to them.

Whoaaa...Creed is definetly not a pop band! Have you heard the albums? Or are you judging from the singles? Even if you don't like Creed I wouldn't argue with someone over their opinion...you aren't changing my view.

OK - Creed is one of the greatest bands ever (just my opinion) but they ARE NOT a christian band. Read their freaking website if u don't believe me. Also, I listened to a radio interview with Scott when they played New Orleans and he repeated many times, "Creed is not a Christain band." You can even watch the VH1 behind the music show about the band. Also, nobody really knows what the deal with the bassist is because the band keeps it hush hush. I personally l ike the fork story. Another interesting thing, the local alt. rock station here WCPR started a rumor that Scott died of a drug o.d. right after getting out of rehab and it was amazing the # of people who actually believed it for a couple months.
