I'm trying to put together a composition that utilises both a midi and a .wav file and I would like to export it as, preferably, one wav file. Can this be done at all?
I have tried cubase 3.7 as well as cakewalk 9 and briefly played with nuendo only achieve no results.
Please help!!! Am I missing something here? I understand that I can actually record midi and .wav through the onboard computer recorder.. the one built into windows.. but to actually export it would be shweeter..
Thanks for the help..

I use Cubase 5 once in a while. You should be able to put the two together and export. If it doesn't export with your regular sound card you might want to try using vst instruments. In that case it's just a matter of getting them setup.
