anyone heard anything negative about the isis maxipro sound card. Was in musiclab, and asked them about trouble i was having getting a program to rcognize the 8 inputs in the patch box, would only read 2. they said the card has driver issues, also has a slight noise problem when pushing up the gain compared with other cards. Any opinions out there before i keep or upgrade

their ADC's aren't the best...but for a sub A$500 card you can't really complain too much...
I am still trying to get an answer out of guillemot on the 2 input issue..

is the logic 4.7 genuine or cracked.

let me know how you get on..

ps.. Not keen on the guys @ musiclab......they tend to be a bit elitest to the home studio people....just my opinion.

ahh, that is why my attempts at subtle humour in the home studio department met with blank stares. and the program's genuine, a friend got it from bali. then again, it was veeeery cheap, so ya never know these days thnx for the post

bloody hell, glad i've only got 4 gigs this weekend, i think i'm going to have to rebuild the computer from scratch to get the program working properly.....but what's another 8 hours off my life:)

Hi, have you downloaded the ASIO2 drivers from the guillemot web site, or email them, anytime I have I've got a good responce which usually works
