It's a great game! I only play with a friend of mine at a centre in Adelaide every now and then but surprisingly it's one of the most intense games I've played. Before you know it you're stuffed!

It is the most physically demanding of ALL the racquet sports and in my opinion probably the most physically demanding sport in the world.
