The AVATAR Competition...

(Mission #4 from "Anything for a (M)Buck" http://degster.com/midi/board/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3874)

I'm giving everyone 1 week to design an avatar.
It can be a modified avatar, animated or still picture. Try to be as original as possible... and **Please don't violate a ton of copywrites and get us in trouble**
It must conform to the specifications allowing it to be uploaded on this board - 50x50 pixels or smaller and smaller than 200kb.

This contest will run from now until (this time on) Sept. 25th - so you have a week to create em and post them.
POST THEM AS IMAGES IN YOUR REPLIES - (NOT in this thread)
This way, even members without 100 posts can play this game too!

I will pick the 5 best, set up a poll (on the 25th) to determine the winners.
One week later (Oct. 2) the winners will be announced!
1st place - 1000MB$
2nd place - 500MB$
3rd place - 250MB$

i just used the regular paint program that every pc has, then i put them together with animation shop 3.....i need to use PSP7 more....o well

This is my final effort.
Too time consuming making one, I got tones of school work.
Ahh took me for ever to get in under 20k
it now stands at 18k woohoo. Found out I can live without a few of the images in the anamation.

artistdude - i downloaded the FFVIII & FFX videos from Final Fantasy fansites & did a major edit to them using Jasc animation shop 3. For the 3rd avatar, I have to convert it from .mov to .avi fomat before i can edit & this actually decreases the quality of the image.

KingXII - i do have a few more animated images that i made from videos downloaded from "Ka**a". but the quality are quite bad & so I didn't post them. btw, really like your avatar...creative stuff..

Hana_dan all of your avatars are really nice I think you would be one of the top 3.

Oh BTW that's my car in my avatar. Hehe. No my real license plate don't say KINGXII on it. I took the pics in college's parking lot when most people have left. Only 5 pics were taken to make it. One of the front, one of the left front, left side, rear, and right rear. Then I flip the ones necessary to make it look right. The first one that I made only required one pic, it was just moved, and flipped.

Animation don't have to be complicated.

I would say final fantasy is very addictive i bought Final Fantasy 7 just to see what it is like and now i have

Final Fantasy 8

and i beat them all and i got every one of them completely maxed out and if your a gammer you should know what that means.

I've only completed ff8, ff9 & juz starting on ff10. I was so addicted to it that i could be playing it the whole day & skipping school. I have ff8 completely maxed out & aim to do the same for ff10!
