how i will can put a picture next the thread where a write my message ?

Go to your user control panel and select Edit Options:

At the bottom of your options screen, you will see your AVATAR options.

You must have at least 30 posts (which you do) to select an avatar. There will be larger (neater) avatars available after you hit 50 and 60 posts. After 100 posts, you're able to upload a custom avatar.
