Blueyonder is the best ISP in the UK, voted best and is the best.

You get blueyonder through Telewest

If you don't want a two hour cut off time then AOL is the best ISP, I'm hardly ever d/c and when I am, reconnecting doesn't take 10 mins like other ISP's such as Freeserve.

If you want POP email with your ISP then I wouldn't recommend AOL because it has the worst email set up ever as it doesn't allow the use of POP.
