I would go to a regular search engine and look type in, classical music midi, that usually works like a charm and i find many midi files like that.

Just ran across some in Yahoo Groups. Do a serch for '7650' and join a few of the Nokia 7650 Groups. Some groups have a number of classical tunes posted as ringtones. :)
