Just make the Skip Intro link a part of the webpage itself, not part of the Flash file, since some people don't have the plugin.

The scrolling words are easy.

If your a beginner then your best ta use Swish.

Or if your using Flash then -

Create A KeyFrame >> Write Your Text >> Right Click On The Frame (In The Time Line) Select "Create Motion Tween" >> Add A Frame >> Then Add Another KeyFrame >> Select That Keyframe And Move Your Text

There Now You Have Scrolling Text In Flash
