I want to edit sections out of midi's, I've found a wealth of them on the web but they're all too big to use on the phone, is there any easy software to just cut sections out?

Any midi editing software such as 'Cakewalk', 'Encore', and 'Music Master', etc... are able to cut out bits and pieces from a midi you download. All you have to do is get your hands on one of those programs...If you want to, you could tell me what parts you want and i could do it for you....

The above are good advice. I use cakewalk and recommend it.

Don't know what you mean by "they're all too big to use on the phone'. If that means to big to download, then... they can be sizeable. What to do?

Buy a copy maybe .....

I use cakewalk too and I definitely recommend it. Very easy to use yet powerful.

Finale, Capella or MidiNotete are other options. At http://www.notation.com you get a fully working demo.

Nice and cheap option: Melody Assistant. Not a pro, but comes with real instrumentsounds and a computervoice (must say that britney spears midi sounds really better with the melody assistant computervioce!)
