I've been on this board for a while and a bit of me wanted to know who I am talking to. Most of us are just recognized as our user log-in's. Well, I would want to be the first to formally introduce myself. I hope that you all will follow my example so that we can get to know each other a little better.
My name is Tony, I'm from Wisconsin, USA. That is in the Mid-West, by the Great Lakes for those who may not know. I'm 18 and a college student, which occupies almost all of my life. On weekends I work as a merchandise salesman for the local Civic Center. Anything else you want to know ask me and I will get back to you.

I am sorry King, I had scrolled down the Chit Chat board, checked the ones that were displayed there and I did not see anything. I kinda figured that there may have been one done at sometime, but that was long agao and there are many new members since then. My apologlies again.

I don't think many people would search for either of those pages, especially those people who have recently joined. I am sorry that I started up another page like this. tpearl, I'm glad that you support my idea.

Just call me King unless you've learned roman numerals that would be King 12. I'm not 12 though. I would like to be 12 again, so care free back then. I'm turned 20 in July. I would like to keep my name annonyomus.
More on the 411, I'm glad to see midi's are alive and kicking since mp3s basiclly rule now. Midi's were the thing in the mid 90s, I love midi's because they are small for webpages. Computers and web design are two of my hobbies, have any problems in either I would be glad to try my best to help. (I'M NOT ALL KNOWING). I also enjoy being around cars that have been modified. It shows the owner's personality and give a person a different looking car instead of having many cars looking alike.
I live 40 miles from silicon valley, I guess that's a good thing, especially for computer parts, but for gasoline, we pay more at the pump than any state, heck the refineries are here too. I'm going to be a broke college student in a year or two just filling up on gas and only driving to and from school. I drive down to San Jose (Silicon Valley) once in a while to visit friends at the university there, and also the famous Stanford.
I'm majoring in architecture, college sucks when you don't have good grades to get into a good school, so i'm stuck in comunity college for the time being. University of California Berkeley HERE I COME. On second thought Cal Poly seems cool.
I'm one of those people that play first person shooter games like, the famous counter strike, I play medal of honor: allied assault. oh and america's army (not too into it)
I like to listen to Rock, Dance (Trance, Rave, and some House), Pop, and Jazz (Helps to keep road rage to a minimum, especially when someone cuts in front of you :D .)
I enjoy posting on this board and now I'm hooked on it. I was a 5PW who just wanted to get my song. I guess coming back to see if someone fulfilled my request kinda kept me coming back. It was the longest thread that hooked me. Well this place took the place of MIRC. Now i need something else to break this habit. Hmmm maybe I'll focus more on homework and studing. Or NOT.
Please PM if you have computer or trouble with your website. (No guarantees)
This post is updated from the post I made in the the other thread the link is in my previous post above.
BTW my car's pics were made into my avatar. 50MB$ to the one that tells me what is wrong with my avatar. It has to do with the car not the image itself.

tpearl you're only 19! wow, for some reason I always pictured you as being 40 or 50, don't know why(weird, huh)
frooggy, my man, that softball is one cool game! About 5 years ago I played in a carnival at my hometown, Gladstone, Queensland, Australia and we flew Steve Jackson over to pitch for us. He was past his prime, but it was cool to play along side the legend, I was playing short-stop.
Softball has since died here and only women and kids play. Very sad:sad:
You do know who Steve Jackson is dont you?

so froggy and tpearl will be 19 this month. Well that's the age that most of my friends have been turing lately. I'm like the second oldest in my group of firends. I'm a year older than the others while a friend of mine is a few months older.

A lot of people on this board are younger than I thought. I guess it is because us college students would rather spend time posting on a board than doing homework or studying

So now I've got the info on tpearl 5.... but I went to college on the other side of PA and marched with the "Beast of the East" (http://www.arts.iup.edu/music/legend/) ('cept we weren't so pretentious then and didn't use that name publicly). -Ahem, Sorry King, my interests in were truly of a competetive nature.... School pride and all that muckitymuck- A few years back I marched with the Reading Bucs (http://www.readingbuccaneers.org/) (sop) to celebrate turning 30 and paying off my student loans - met many very cool WCU (band) students and grads. Missed the college band show this year (boohoo). My hubby and I get there most years, its like Old Home Days for the grey hairs among us. My question is how do you find time for this between practice and school and everything that goes along with being in school (particularly those marching band activities saved for Fri. nights)..... are you getting any kind of credit for the board?
For anyone else who didn't get most of that... Lived in PA most of my life, 30's, married, music teacher. Use MIDI's in the classroom for karaoke singing.... VERY popular.... had 26 - 7th and 8th graders sign up to sing Thursday (on the mic in front of their classmates).... too bad we only had 15 minutes left in class! Got hooked by the 'create your own avatar' contest, but was too newbie to realize I was too late to enter! :( I HOPE someone older than I will show themselves here.... ;)
