As you may have noticed the site now resides with the root domain being midibuddy.net! The new server is faster, more reliable, up to date, then the previous.

Hostcentric, F#@$ YOU! Damn PrickeS! (if you want to see their last little speil please see this thread: http://midibuddy.net/board/showthread.php?s=&postid=19656#post19656)

The nameservers are being updated as I type this. This means the old URL's will still work. http://degster.com will be a mirror and will no longer park off http://johnsworld.com (the homepage that despritely needs to be updated) Once the nameservers are updated there will also be some new sub-domains... like http://board.midibuddy.net instead of http://midibuddy.net/board/ (they will both work)

Known Issues:
Menu links on main page menu lead to old /midi/ directory
MB $ not being given to new members fixed
The Footer sucks.. I'll fix that soon fixed
Some smilies missing fixed
Poll feature out fixed
JavaScript Error on most board pages... fixed
Damn DVD drive hasn't come yet!! ... er.. yeh, that's a personal issue got it :)

If you find any errors that I missed please post them here.

yeah i love the custom case, i love the gratitude of buliding one myself. But tpearl went all out with a clear case. :thumbsup:
I need a new computer soon, donno exactly what i'm gonna put in it. while a DVD-RW drive would be nice

i built my computer too, I'm about to build a bigger, stronger, faster unit(6 million dollars). for audio, then i thought, hey, i don't need it quite yet, i'll wait till it's necessary, by then it'll be a bit cheaper. I recorded a jingle for tv, it started today, bit of a buzz hearing myself sing on the box!!

Fixed the problem with the new members not getting MB $. Sorry for the long delay! I'm working on getting the members that signed up between the 7th and 21st the right amount of $.

i think the people who make this forum are idiots for making you post 5 times before letting you download a file. i would have been happy to register but the fact they force you to make 5 posts is just asking for junk. and then they sit around and complain about "too many junk posts." MORONS!!!

I usually don't build computers, nor buy top of the line with all the extra little features (like a DVD player). I am one of those people that pretty much just needs a computer that I can use to browse the internet rather quickly. I don't like a that costs so much that I could trade it in for a car, but I also need to have one fast enough so I don't have to wait 30 minutes for every single browser window to open.

And watching movies on a computer isn't all too great to me. I prefere putting it on a nice big TV screen with surround sound.
