Do most kar files come with te lyrics already in time?

Then what is a kar file then?

A kar file is just like a midi file but with words included and wrapped within the file. You can change the extension of a .kar file to .mid and play em with most midi players. I know i can open em up in cakewalk just fine by renaming them to .mid.

u can also get a midi file converter which will convert the file into one of three formats...tpe 0,1 or 2 i know for my sequencer i use type 0 and it works with 9 out of 10 midi and .kar files its easy to use

Ok, i too got the whole point on kar and midi files.
But can someone tell me where i can get kar files to download. I mean it should be good and free !

If you go to www.vanbasco.com you can download good midi and .kar files and they also have a great player there...

yes, they come with words, u can download the files off of kazaa etc. you can get packs of different songs
