Synchronisation Problem in Cakewalk Sonar!!

HEy ..........
I've got a problem 'with Cakewalk Sonar.
When I listen to a project after recording some midi the midi channel
suddenly is later or earlier than the audio I've recorded. I've got the
same problem in Cubase and tried Cakewalk for a while, and it worked for a
long time but now suddenly there are these bugs. Is there anything I can do
about it?
