Help on remapping

I have lots of old midi files that I made using non GM banks/octaves. What can I use on a PC to remap everything quickly?

I'd try a simple shareware sequencer, like WinJammer (http://www.sonicspot.com/winjammer/winjammer.html). That should let you set up your track parameters to GM settings. Hope that helps. Of course, if you're talking batch processing a bunch of files, it would be pretty easy to write a C program to do the job, but you'd probably still wind up loading the files in a sequencer to get everything sounding right.
