Easy way to pitch bend in Cakewalk

Does anyone know of an easy way to pitch bend in cakewalk? I've not got a midi keyboard and the only way I can seem to slide a note is to try to draw in the velocity up or down. It's a bit hit and miss.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure how familiar you are with Cakewalk, but what you can do is click on the keyboard icon (Piano Roll View) and then change what ever is in the first rectangle thing to 'Wheel' and play around with it :D
