uh you can upload them to your own host or a free host then use the embed tag linking to the midi.
geocities is great, so is fortunecity for free webspace btw.

i love my host unlimited webspace, email, and bandwidth.
well not exactly for free members but you still get free webspace and more bandwidth than angelfire or geocities
