about polls

what do i must do to create polls ? because when i go to polls section and click on new thread, became a message : you don't have permission to access this page ...!
i don't understand why ?!?

The Polls Forum is an Admin/Mod only forum. Polls there are shown on the board's main page. A MOD or Admin may move a poll from anywhere else to the Polls Forum so it shows on the front page ;)

To create a normal poll, click on "New Thread" and start a thread as you normally would...
At the bottom of the page there is a polls checkbox and box containing the number of poll response options you initially want.
Make sure the poll box is checked, and plug the number of responses you want in the box.
Submit the thread, and you will be taken to another screen to finish setting up your poll.
