I need help! All my icons on my PC are fuzzy or they don't show! I've restored my PC several times, I've done all sorts of scans for viruses, but nothing's working. :( Please help me if you know how to fix it. It would be much appreciated!

nvm....somehow when i installed a new program they went back to normal :thumbsup:
