help can`t down load

i have done about 6 post`s, then logged off for 3 hrs & came back & postred another 5 post`s but still can`t download any midi, not even my filled request`s, can you help me please,

What's the problem ?..just 'right' click on the midi file, select 'save target as' and click 'ok'
