I found the perfect site for getting lyrics for the newer (and some not-so-new) songs out there. It's called A to Z Lyrics (http://www.azlyrics.com/) and I think they could have the most lyrics I've ever seen in one place.

I just realised how sad this must look to anyone that can tell that there are no other posts here besides my own! :( I'm a lonely fool!

Well... A to Z didn't have the lyric I'm looking for "That's Your Funeral" from the musical Oliver!. Actually, I'm lookng for somewhat more... the sheetmusic.... also to download the song if possible. I've got one midi of it, and have the lyrics from a geocities site, but it's somewhat astounding to me that there isn't a place where all the great musicals have their stuff online. Could it have something to do with COPYRITE?!

Actually dstruct2k, don't be bummed that I voted "no" on your polll... although I couldn't find the lyric I wanted, there do seem to be quite a few lyrics there. If you know of other song lyric sites, let me know. One downside to the A to Z site is that they had to disable their search engine (due to overload).

Looks like some good files to download... anyone know of a midi library that theme songs from American Musicals can be downloaded? Also interested in sheet music... tried going to the suggested link here but found nothing on Oliver.

A to Z is a great site for finding lyrics, but I usually go to ohhla.com if I am looking for hip hop lyrics as they have lyrics to a TON of songs. If I'm looking for lyrics to any other genre though I usually search for it on google or yahoo.
