Subject says it all; can a new multi-effects processor retailing for
~USD $200 (like, for instance, the TC Electronics M300) sound better
than a USD $1000 multi-effects of a decade ago?
Or what about Behringer's latest Virtualizer Pro running around USD
$130? Can this beat processors of the past that sold for a high
multiple of this price?
I'm wondering whether to bite the bullet and buy a new multi-effects
processor or go for a higher-quality older model used on eBay.
Thanks.
