I'm looking for a soundcard that will have a USB interface to my PC.
It should be ASIO compliant, have an ADAT input and at least one pair
of stereo analog inputs (2 pair of outputs).
The card should have a minimum of 24 bit A/D D/A convertors with a low
S/N ratio.
Anyone have any suggestions?

not sure about adat, but you can check out the SoundBlaster audigy.
excellent noise specs, optical/spdif digital i/o, stereo in on RCAs.
i think some even have a crappy mic pre in the breakout box.

More pricy: the Emagic 6|2 or 2|6. I use the 6|2 and I'm pretty satisfied
with it.
dig in, dig out, 24bit in (2 or 6) 24 bit out (2 or 6)
Very low S/N.

I'm curious, how's the ASIO latency on that? That is, how small a
buffer can it gracefully handle (ignoring the "zero latency monitoring"
feature)?
