Hi guys,

Has anyone got good things to say about the Omron G6A relays?
I'm almost done beefing up my old Tascam MS16, just want to get the right relays!
The G6A look like an improvement over the NEC MR62 used in my MS16.
Comments?

Cheers,

They work.

Put them in sockets and don't worry. Use high-grade machined-pin sockets,
and then if they fail in another couple decades, they will be very easy to
replace on the fly.

Hmm, not bad then. Are there other models/brands worth taking a look at?

Hey, that's a bit overkill... I'll change the relays again in 7-8 years
anyway (if fresh 1" tape still exists!) to avoid funky operation during a
take, so sockets, I don't know... I guess I can live without them. they're
pretty easy to replace as it is.
Thanks!
