So far i understand that you can download midis with the money you get. After that how do u get th etone on to your phone???

oh that you have to either edit the midi yourself and put it on your phone yourself or go to a ringtone retailer or have someone else do it for ya.

how do i put it on myself? How does that vision tool work???

some require a cable and some you will have to program it, depends on the phone, and others require you to bring it to someone or go thru a company MRT does that you buy it and enter your phone # and they set your ringtone for you buy calling your phone.
