Hang in there! I will be hooking up with my guitar buddy..this week on vacation..he used to be in a band doing show tunes etc..and he did cover Frank Sinatra..Keep your fingers crossed..I will let you know !And will forward if he has it .

I THINK that the new program Finale Notepad can open midi files. If you had a midi file and opened it in that program I think you'd get a transcription. Don't know for sure, though

Voyetra Music Write works well as an authoring tool, AND
as a midi editor.

Have you tried Powertab editor its also convert midi to tab and you can find 1000's of tab and best of all its free
