Well, since the Cubs and Red Sox were apparently still cursed... My second pick is New York. Don't know much about Florida and I lived in NYC for awhile (actually I lived for a year or so in the "sunshine state" too...anyway!) still gotta be Yankees although these Florida guys are scrappy! So who did I pick?

i didn't think the marlin's would be able to pull it off since the yanks had a reputation as being one of the best teams around, but congrats to them, someday my Rangers will get there too
