About Changing Tone in midifiles

I'm using Cakewalk 9, right now
is there anyway you can Add Bass OR Add treble
to separate midi tracks with the software
I can't seem to find anything on it
Anyone got any answers?
Or A different Program ( software ) that you can do this easily?

No you are out of luck there ... the only way you could simulate this is to pan the sound either hard right or hard left and then change the tone through a mixer

Did you mean a software mixer?
or the mixer when you convert to a sound file?

Sorry ment the mixer after the sequencer produces the sound. I use a mackie to eq the sound before it goes into the PA. In your sequences you could pan the bass hard right and the drums hard left then eq from your mixer the left and right channels to your taste.
