Got a question about the game. I know its on the streets but hows the racing?

Is it a Circuit-type of racing? (ex. Auto Modellista, Gran Turismo)
Or an actual street racing-type? (ex. Tokyo Xtreme, Midnight Club)

Thinking of getting the game but FFX-2 & Mario Kart: Double Dash also comes out.

What sort of tuning can you do in it? is it just the engine or you can change the kits and the whee;s of the vehicle?

Well it's a circuit race , so like gt ...
and you have the options of a Drag Race , straight line , i just got the demo cuz my friend bought it and somewhat fell in love right thurr ...

From his words you can tune the car from SKRATCH to EXTREME COMPACT SPORT CAR ... it's not like one of those cheesy race games where you tune the car with few access. and that's it , so far all the well known manufacturers are in the game :

ex: MOMO, SParco, HKS, etc...

I even loved it when i downloaded the DEMO :D
been playing the demo since and still ain't bored of it :D

it's really swell..my cousin bought it and the cars are to die for!
u start off with Mitsubishi Eclipse, Honda Civic,Toyota Celica, Mazda RX-7 if i'm not mistaken and a couple more...then u get to unlock more cars like Hyundai Coupe and Integra and race tracks and make external modifications to the car..paint job, spoilers besides upgrading engine

i havent played it yet..just adore the cars ;)

i heard Skyline's there somewhere 2 unlock..the game reminds me loads of 2 Fast 2 Furious..it's the illegal street race kind

i almost finished the game i was at 100/111 races ...

believe me when i say it ain't easy :)

So far i have the shyline with all performence part available and my car is pretty nice , very very nice ...

I don't know if there are other cars then the skyline ?

omg the controlling and handling of cars is so different on gamecube than it is on computer.
Gamecube u turn = 360 spin.
