Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has ever come across software that can play the roland format (svq) on your computer? I know that alot of people are wondering this but has anyone found a solution?

I see, I see...

I only see the option of converting to MIDI...

And the obvious way of converting to WAV...

I have looked everywhere for something that would let me play .svq on pc with no luck.
The only way I found to get around it was to save my files as .svq for use on my Roland Fantom. Then save the same file as midi format 1, which you can do on the Fantom, for use on my PC.

Not sure what Roland product you are using but I would think that you can save as .mid on your sequencer.

have you checked their webpage? They might have a conversion tool.

They do not. That is the first place I looked.

No tool.
I have contacted Roland a number of times but no joy.
It does seem that the only way is to save the file as .mid on the Roland.
