Transfer midi to keyboard

i need help on transfering midi files to my Yamaha PSR-290 keyboard's flash memory. how do i do that and what software do i need. i have midi cables and all i need is the software to transfer it... thanx in advance...

Download2.php looks blank on my screen. Try this link (http://www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/english/menu.html) if Graeme's does not work for you.

You should be able to find some kind of transfer app for your particular board. I use Roland stuff, and they had a transfer app on their website. I have a Yamaha keyboard that uses its own app as well. You have to go to the company's website to download them, though.....they rarely come with the gear.
