Could somebody please help me in how to use Fruity Loops 3? I have recently got the program. I am trying to make a demo CD as I am a rapper. Yet I want to make my own instrumentals. I just can't figure out how to use Fruity Loops. I put the sounds from the side into the middle and they all sound the same. I don't know why. Somebody please help me with how to use this program. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks. Peace!

you may've already found a few tutorials here (http://urbanruin.com/?p=573) and a forum with 90some pages of fruityloops questionshere (http://www.ocremix.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7588)....
and lastly I quote someone else and link that forum I'll run thru loading the samples into the slots first. Left click on the name of the drum sound to the left of the row. A box will pop up on the right of the screen with small folder icon - left click on this folder and you will be presented with a system window entitled 'open sound file(s)'. Click the 'up' folder as many times as necessary to get to My Computer, then to the CD drive and you should be presented with Drums From Hell 2 in all it's glory. Simply click on a sound and that sound will be loaded into the slot. Repeat the process with the next slot until you've set up your dream kit.

You will find the time signature stuff under the Options menu - it's listed as
'project general settings'. You can set odd bar lengths, but one bar can't be one length and the next one another. (http://www.homerecording.com/bbs/showthread.php?p=1124688#post1124688)

but the best advice I read (not having the proggy and trying to be helpful) was to register the program, get an updated version and get access to the online members manuals
