Vocaloid (http://www.soundsonline.com/sophtml/details.phtml?sku=ZG-V3) does that. But it's not cheap, and the results are only fair so far. It's still in the experimental stages. Have a look at Vocaloid-User.net (http://www.vocaloid-user.net) for some demos.

Here's a demo that I collaberated on - I did the sequencing and grayb47 did the Vocaloid realization.

Not bad for a computerized voicing.
That Vocaloid can sure do some vocal backing.

There is two programs from myriad, Melody assistant and Harmony assistant, http://www.myriad-online.com
You could download demos of both programs, and also try the Virtual singer for free.
These programs also has built in synths so you don't need any special soundcard, not that good though, but better than MS soft-synth anyway (what isn't?)

Hope this could be something for you

Why would you want a computerized voice anyway?
