Oh Ronny that's GORGEOUS! I'm utterly envious...

And I love your palmy trees Zel... except I know that they mean heat, and heat doesn't like me....

My wake-up is either to the fabric of my pillow or the view of my alarm clock... I'll take pictures if you wanna see 'em ;)

Bound to be loads of digital cameras out there, lets see a few pictures!! Love your garden Zel, I've a balcony without any plantlife at all, save for some fungus, but I like my view!!

There's no heat in those pictures - they were taken in winter! :) Actually this August has been hugely mild. Temps barely in the 90's... almost spring-like. ;)

Believe me, Ronny, we've more than our share of fungi - they just don't show in the shots! :) To get to our bay-view, I'd have to jot up the road a mile or so. If you don't mind a 6 mile drive, you can ride over the Fred Hartmann Bridge.

But I'm drifting off the thread topic, as usual. ;)

In a week I'll begin waking up to the beeping of an alarm clock every morning for 180 days.
Other than that, I wake up to a green curtain, contrasting quite horribly with my pink room, whooshing in a valley breeze, birds chirping quite loudly since of course there are about 10 nests in the alley outside my window, and I think a couple are living in my wall, too. Heh...wanna see? ;)

YEAH!!!!! (need to borrow my camera? ;))

BK and I will have to go off in search of scenic wonders together... since our bridges are a mite smaller and more rsuty-iron colored :P

Nice tall ship. I had a similar view for a few weeks when I had my loft in Chicago... there were some 130 tall ships that docked at the Navy Pier last year. I'm still creating a view from my master bedroom doors that open to a balcony through the bath room (depending on how I wake up which is normally flat on my back). Of course, it all depends on where I usually wake up too, as it seems to be somewhere new every other day as of late...

Now why are you shocked and awed Jeanie?

That sounds so pretty, vbrio! :)

I went around my room with my kinda awful webcam and took some pictures.

This is my room.

This is my dream catcher. Believe me. It doesn’t work.

This is my bed, but mostly my 12 stuffed animals in size order. I invited one of my friends to sleep over one night, and now she refers to this size-ordered row of cute stuffed animals as the Anal Orgy. I took no part in that!!! I was just trying to be space-efficient!

And that's what I wake up to. These and frighteningly vivid dreams of...well...*coughs*

Well now would be that time it seems Jeanie... although it could just be merely the afterglow...

Oh, so I didn't explain my current view... at this house my view is mostly trees and a lake ...actually two seperate lakes and an island with a tree (if this tree survived the transplant *fingers crossed* ) anyway, at the moment it's a big hole that is finally filling up with liquid as we've just had our first rain in over a month and like the old Morton salt saying... so it's essentially mud and trees. :)

"laugh" Yeah, one of these days it'll be beautiful but, much of the landscape is still in the "caccoon" stage... or perhaps it's the "worm" stage?

Didn't you know, Uncle? He's riding the pony. The imaginary pony. And he seems to be having fun, hitting himself like that. I had my friend over today and she said that she admired the way the animation was so smooth and not choppy.

Ya ya ya ya ya! Ride that pony!!!

I wake up to this (http://www.vgmix.com) every morning for the past year.

Guess what I woke up to this morning?! I'm going to tell you! :stick:

Well first I woke up to my mom and dad shuffling around for work. Then I fell back asleep. About an hour and a half later I woke up from this horrid dream (of terrorists, blood, being chased, and old ladies being turned into pigeons, for a shortened summary).
My little sister was leaning over my half door saying, "SISSSSTERRR! HULLLOOOOO! SISSSSTERRRR!!!! Are you awake? ARE YOU AWAKE!? What's wrong? You were talking to yourself or something. EW! Put a shirt on!"

Then I screamed something like, "Go away," in between adjectives unnecessary. *coughs* Then she sat and listened to me tell my dream to her. Then I fell back asleep only to be awoken moments later by, "EWWWW! Hey!! Your dog just left you something by the door and since he's your dog you have to pick it up!!!"

So I did. And since I must have been mumbling in my half sleep/half gaggy stage of anger, she tried to help me. Hence she made things worse. But she did rinse off the shovel I used...but she did it while I was getting a shower. Scalding me.

So then I fell back asleep, hungry and miserable. I was woken up about 2 hours later to, "SIISSSSTERRR!!! Gramma is on the phone! She wants to talk to youuuu!" *shoves phone in my face*

"Gee. Thanks." Then my gramma proceeded to tell me everything I was doing right in my life, but moreso, everything that was wrong in my life. Then she told me about herself. Then she talked a bit on my mom and dad. Then she talked a bit about herself again. Then she told me that I should be getting more sleep because 'it sounded like I had a hangover'. Then she repeated herself on my mom and dad. Then she told me to call her back because she wants to take us to the library so we can return our *counts* 21 day overdo books.

And now I'm hungry. And I need a hug. Thank you for your time and patience in my mindless ramble.

*feels a little better with the Cookies and Cream ice cream and some Chingy, Sean Paul, and Eminem, degrading people*

*Hugs beautiful BK*

I was a good girl and went to bed at 9:30.... then awoke at 11:30 to a screaming bladder... then again at 2:40.... then 4:20.... stoopid alarm-clock-anticipation after months of not needing it... then I decided to reset the alarm for a little later since I hadn't slept well.... and awoke at 5:20 jumping out of bed horrified because I'd missed the alarm... which of course I hadn't because I'd reset it for 5:30...

Not my happiest start to a day recently... then again... days have not been starting terrifically at all lately! ;) Good thing i have y'all to amuse me in the early AM :D

*hugs the loving mommmmmy back*

Lord...I could almost repeat that story for this morning, except I set my alarm for EARLIER  I hate alarms. I fell asleep at 9:30 last night, too, and woke up saying to myself, "Go pee so you don't have to later and have to wake up." But I didn't get up. So then I fell asleep and woke up at 2am. *rolls eyes* I think I was dreaming of something like how to change a sabre tooth tiger's teeth into rhino horns and stick the rhino horn on a poachered rhino. Then I fell back to sleep and woke up at 4:49am. I was dreaming of teaching a board game to the most annoying person I know. Then I really HAD to go to the bathroom. I turned on the computer on the way. Whilst there, I brushed my teeth, combed my hair, and washed my face. Then I argued with myself on what to wear. I WANTED to wear my soccer shirt, but it only looks un-yickish if I roll up the sleeves, and you aren't allowed to do that at my school. I also wanted to wear my mom's black short-shorts. But no. :-p :hit: So I settled for...well...nothing yet...except a pair of my mom's regular black shorts (I own no shorts of my own)(tis sad)(well I do own shorts, but only two, and the shiny one has a weird chicken grease stain on them and the other is all wrinkly)(I'm sad.)(because it's a sad situation).

And now. I'm sitting here. At 5:30am. Ho hum, pig's bum...

yeahhhh - I know the feeling BK.... last spring I swore to myself that I would shop before this school year started.... but I haven't yet.... so I tried on 5 outfits (too big, too big, too faded - why haven't I thrown that away already?, too frumpy, ..ohhh - it'll have to do - I've no patience left for this)....

I really have to shop!!

Edit: BK just got permission to accompany me to the mall.... pooooor Jeanie's bank account!
