Anyways to stop my comp doing a physical memory dump? It just crashes..its annoynig and i have to reset

sounds like eithger Windows has corrupted some system files or problem with Physical Ram

do all the obvious things like scan for viruses and spyware first
(www.grisoft.com very good free virus scanner)

Also, run over to microsoft.com and scan your computer if you have a pc... could possibly need some updates added...

Well there's no harm in doing that every once in awhile for performance... but I don't know if that's really necessary here or will resolve your issues. I'd do the quick solutions first then re-installing if need be or if you want...
