Using Flash for an avataar.

I just wanted to know if it was possible to make something animate on flash 5. and then somehow put it as an avatar. If its possible plz tell me how. ty

UNLESS you can save that creation as an animated GIF (.gif) then it will not work on this version of the vBulletin software.

If you read the FAQ's you will see that you can choose an avatar from our selection at 35 posts and upload your own at 100 posts. I, personally, use MGI Photosuite or Adobe Photoshop to create the individual cells of my animation then coffeecup animator to make the animated gif. Coffeecup also saves as flash...

Yep, you can only upload GIF or jpg avatars. The maximum size of your custom avatar is 75 by 75 pixels or 20000 bytes (whichever is smaller).
