I have just noticed that when I left click on link and the window tells me I have 9 credits left and then when I click ok in the bottom left of browser window it says error on page. Do I need to change my browser settings and how and what to????

You might check for a popup blocker of some kind... and disable it. Alternatively, you might try displaying the error message (try double clicking or right clicking it). Let us know the result. :)

And which browser are you using?

I would recommened that you check your browsers security settings. Make sure that its set to allow file download.
Also check to make sure that you don't have ant popup blockers turned on when you try to download the file.
Another thing to remember is that firewalls can also block popups, so if you have one, check its security settings too.

Hmm, well here's how I download a file:
1. I click the file name (it's to the right of "Attachment:"
2. A dialog box opens which says: "This attachment will cost $25 MB cash. Are you sure you want to proceed? (Check the feature store to buy credits and save per file!)
3. I click on "OK"
4. A seemingly blank page loads.
5. I dialog pops up asking if you want to save or open the file.
6. Click save.
If a save dialog doesn't appear, try reloading the page, then right click the attachment and select "save as..."
Let me know what happens when you try this. :)
Also remember that you should never have to pay for a file twice. You pay once, and then you may download it as many times as you want. ;)

Ok, sounds like it's Internet Explorer.
I would just like to try something to see if it fixes the problem:
1. Download Firefox (http://getfirefox.com)
(Firefox is another browser, it's free, and only a 4MB download)
2. Install it, run it, goto midibuddy.net and try downloading your file again, it should work fine. :)
You don't have to always run Firefox if you don't want to, just when you're needing to download a file. (asumming it works)
Let me know if this helps. :D

I got the file with fire fox
Great!
I'm glad you got what you needed. ;)
I hope you decide to give Firefox a chance, it's actually quite a nice browser, I've been using it for about a year now, I like it's popup and ad blocking features.
Enjoy! :D

You'd better. Internet Explorer has been dubbed an international security risk by the US government. :D I haven't touched Internet Explorer for months, and plan to never go back. Firefox is sooo much better for users of all kinds.

Isn't it sweet? I've been on it for a few months now, and was doing a little promoting elsewhere during the Spread Firefox campaign.
