I think your problem is that you don't have enough MB cash to download attachments yet. Did you read the FAQ (http://board.midibuddy.net/misc.php?s=&action=faq)?

You get cash for starting threads, and replying to other people's threads. Also you'll want to check out this thread: How to make $2100 midi cash dollars a week (http://board.midibuddy.net/t81685.html).
